RULES – GAMINATE HYDRATION "Find a better product and get €8,000" Campaign
1. Campaign Organizer
The campaign is organized by Lovska Vitality SRL 52729623 (the "Organizer").
2. Campaign Period
The campaign is active until the end of 2030.
3. Eligible Participants
Any individual over 18 years old, residing in the EU.
4. Campaign Objective
The Organizer offers €2,000 to the person who can demonstrate the existence of a product that is objectively superior to Gaminate Hydration, according to the criteria in point 5.
5. Strict Comparison Criteria (ALL mandatory)
To be considered "better," the competitor product must simultaneously meet the following:
A. Electrolytes — 6 out of 6 + higher doses
The product found must contain all 6 electrolytes present in Gaminate Hydration:
- Sodium (Na) 2.Potassium (K), 3.Magnesium (Mg), 4. Calcium (Ca), 5.Chloride (Cl) 6.Phosphorus (P)
And each of these electrolytes must be in a HIGHER concentration than in Gaminate Hydration.
If even one of the 6 electrolytes is missing → the product is NOT eligible.
B. Vitamins — more vitamins OR higher doses
The competitor product must have:

more types of vitamins than Gaminate Hydration
or - the same vitamins, but in HIGHER doses than Gaminate Hydration
Vitamins must be clearly listed on the label, with exact doses per serving.
Products with a "proprietary blend" (secret mix) are NOT accepted.
C. Product Category
The product must be from the same category: hydration supplements with electrolytes + vitamins.
6. How to Participate
The participant must send:

Complete photo of the found product's label (all ingredients + doses).

Clear comparison with Gaminate Hydration (electrolytes and vitamins).

Link to the product's official website.

A brief explanation: "Why I consider the product better".

7. Evaluation
The Organizer verifies:

if the product has all 6 electrolytes
-
if all doses are higher
-
if the vitamins are more or more concentrated
-
authenticity of the label
-
accuracy of the data presented
The final decision belongs to the Organizer.
8. Awarding the Prize
If a product is confirmed to be superior, the participant receives €8,000 via bank transfer within a maximum of 30 days.
9. Reasons for Rejection
- at least 1 electrolyte is missing
- doses are not superior
- vitamins are missing or in smaller doses
- the label does not show exact doses
- the product is from a different category
- lack of clear evidence
10. Acceptance of the Regulations
Participation in the campaign implies full acceptance of these Regulations.
